As well as looking after your eyes, Visioncare Direct offers hearing care at both our Bilston and Willenhall practices. Our qualified audiologist provides hearing tests, hearing aids, ear wax removal and hearing aid repairs, so you can look after your eyes and ears in one place.
Hearing tests
If you’re turning up the TV, struggling to follow conversations in busy places or often asking people to repeat themselves, a hearing test is a sensible first step. Our audiologist will check your hearing, explain the results clearly and talk you through your options. Not everyone who has a hearing test needs a hearing aid.
Hearing aids
If a hearing aid would help, we’ll recommend options to suit your hearing, lifestyle and budget, fit them for you and fine-tune them so they’re comfortable. We’re here for follow-up appointments and adjustments whenever you need them.
Ear wax removal
A build-up of ear wax can muffle your hearing and make your ears feel blocked or uncomfortable. We offer ear wax removal at both practices. Book an appointment or call us for advice.
Hearing aid repairs and servicing
If your hearing aid has stopped working properly, is whistling or is due a service, bring it in to either practice and we’ll check it over and repair it where we can.
